effectiveDate: "2026-11-05"
version: v20261105.1

Devistree Inc. ("we", "us") explains how the macOS app LangToggle (the "App") and the website
langtoggle.devistree.com (the "Website") handle personal information.

## 1. Summary

- The App does not collect personal information and does not connect to the internet.
- The Website uses no cookies, analytics, or ad tracking, and we keep no access logs.
- The only personal information we handle is what you send us when you email us for support.

## 2. Who we are

The controller of your personal information is Devistree Inc., 703-J603, 7F, 9, Gangnamseo-ro,
Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. Our privacy officer is Jinsoo Kim, CEO
(<lt-support@devistree.com>, +82-10-5493-0879).

## 3. The App

- The App does not collect your personal information or send it to us or anyone else. It has no
network permission (macOS App Sandbox), so it cannot connect to the internet.
- To add and remove input sources, the App reads your Mac's input source and keyboard shortcut
settings and changes its input source settings. This information never leaves your Mac.
- The input sources you register, your shortcuts, and the App's settings are stored only in the
App's container on your Mac (`~/Library/Containers/com.devistree.langtoggle/`). Deleting the App
and this folder removes them all.
- Notifications are created locally on your Mac. The App does not intercept or record keystrokes.

## 4. Support email

| What we receive | Why | How long |
| --------------------------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| Your email address, the name shown in your email, your message, attachments | To answer you, fix bugs, and improve it | 3 years after we finish answering |

- We receive this information only when you email us. Under the GDPR, we process it to take steps at
your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and for our legitimate interest in handling inquiries and complaints
  (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- We keep it for 3 years to match the Korean E-Commerce Act, which requires records of consumer
complaints and disputes to be kept for 3 years (Article 6 of the Act and Article 6(1)4 of its
Enforcement Decree). We apply the same period to all inquiries.

## 5. The Website

- The Website uses no cookies, analytics, or ad tracking, and loads no external fonts or scripts.
- If you pick a language, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the next visit
opens in that language. It is never sent to us, and clearing the site's data in your browser
  removes it.
- The Website is served by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your IP address and browser information are
processed to deliver pages, but we keep no access logs.

## 6. App Store purchases

- Apple handles purchases, payments, and refunds under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive
  your name or payment details.
- Apple gives us statistics such as sales and download counts that do not identify you. If you turn
on "Share with app developers" on your Mac, Apple may pass crash reports and similar diagnostics
to us. We use them only to fix bugs.

## 7. Sharing and service providers

- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not give it to third parties unless
  the law requires it.
- We use these service providers, which process information only on our behalf under their data
  processing terms:
  - Google LLC — receives and stores support email (Google Workspace)
  - Amazon Web Services, Inc. — hosts and delivers the Website

## 8. International transfers

We are based in the Republic of Korea, which the European Commission recognizes as providing
adequate protection (Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/254). Support email is stored by Google in the
United States and other countries where Google operates data centers. Website files are stored in
AWS's Seoul region (Republic of Korea), and pages are delivered by AWS CloudFront servers in many
countries. These transfers rely on the providers' data processing terms, including the EU Standard
Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

## 9. Your rights

- You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its
processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Email <lt-support@devistree.com>, and we will
  respond without undue delay.
- If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
- California residents: we do not sell or share personal information and do not use sensitive
personal information. You may ask to know, correct, or delete the information we hold, and we will
not treat you differently for doing so.

## 10. Children

The App and Website are for general audiences. We do not knowingly receive personal information from
children under 14 (or the age set by your local law). If we learn we have, we delete it promptly.

## 11. Security

Our support mailbox is protected with two-step verification, and only our privacy officer can read
support email.

## 12. Changes

We post changes on the Website at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for
changes that are significant or less favorable to you. Earlier versions are listed below this
policy.
